The area of PORO is part of Small Myzeqe or also known as Myzeqeja e Vlorës which is located in south and southwest of the Southern Region, precisely in the the coastal lowland on the south of river Vjosa estuary. The site has a varying topography, covered by abundant vegetation and has its own seafront. It is accessible in approximately 1-1.5 hours from the capital,Tirana and about 30 minutes from Vlora and Fier. This project aims to bring this area to life and make it a new landmark in south Albania. The project approach is to integrate a new marina, sport area, winery area, a new hotel & resort, island area and also a residential and agricultural area.
